Hi,
I really need your help for this. I keep on receiving the below alerts from NETIQ saying the IBM MQSeries failed to connect to local queue manager. However, when I check the queue manager in the server, it is up and all the channels are running. I don't see anything unusual.
EventMsg = Failed to ping queue manager :NAPFP01 LongMsg = Failed to ping queue manager :NAPFP01 IBM MQSeries failed to connect to local queue manager (Connect error -107) Internal: MQSeries Completion Code = 2 : Reason = 2059
Appreciate if you could advise what is the root cause for this message?
An MQRC 2059 is an extremely common error, and discussed very often here.
It means that there isn't a queue manager found at the hostname and port you specified. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general.
