Hello,
I have a problem with DataFlowEngine processes which consume a huge portion of my system resources. I have been creating one execution group per message flow. So that the no.of dataflowengine processes are piling up. If I stop my Broker the Page File usage can go down from 4.83GB to 866MB. My system has become very very slow and I am worried about the possible system crash. I have deleted all the execution groups but one. While deleting, I stopped the message flows, removed them from the exec grp and then deleted the exec grps(right click + delete). But I still have all the DataFlowEngine process running and consuming all the system resources. I had even re-booted my system after deleting the exec groups. I have no idea about what's going on? Can you please guide me how to get rid of these DFE processes and make my machine function better? Your ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

If the number of DFE processes isn't equal to the number of execution groups defined and running, then this is a problem.
You haven't said which version you're running, but in any case, make sure you have the latest fixpacks applied. If after that, the problem persists, please raise a PMR. |

Hi,
Thank you very much for your attention. I am working on WBI Version 6.0. I didn't use mqsideleteexecutiongroup command while deleting the exec grps. I just stopped and removed flows and then I did right click and delete.
Thanks
