Hello all.........I have searched on the past threads about MS03 and found that there was a new version which I went out and got (zip files dated 3/31/04)
I am running MQ5.3 on and iSeries system os 5.3. MS03 does create a file with good information. It completes up to the SYSTEM.DEF.SERVER
1951.50 DEFINE CHANNEL ('SYSTEM.DEF.SERVER') CHLTYPE(SVR) +
1951.60 * ALTDATE (2004-02-0 +
1951.70 * ALTTIME (12.25.45) +
. (additional data here) joan...
.
1954.20 XMITQ(' ') +
1954.30 REPLACE
1954.40
1954.50 * === > Processing Aborted, output file may be incomplete
****************** End of data ****************************************
BUT I am now getting the below error.
Reason code 2195 in Unexpected Error (like I'd ever expect an error ). No FDC's or JOB files created. Anyone have any thoughts?
Writing Channel definitions to MQTOOLS/QMQSC(SAVEQMGR)
Got bad PCF response message
Type = 2
StrucLength = 36
Version = 1
Command = 25
MsgSeqNumber = 19
Control = 0
CompCode = 2
Reason = 2195
ParameterCount = 1
Thanks in advance!!

Looking at the description, it sounded like you have a system error - iSeries specific. It may also be running out of space!
Is there anything reported in the system?
How about your mq error log? Though no FDC, something should be recorded somewhere.
Also if you are using WMQ 5.3, try applying the latest CSD06 and its interim fix. |

Hi,
I am getting the same error described below, but only on one of my servers. Did you find a resolution for this problem ?
I am running MQ 5.3 and have MS03 V6.0.3
Thanks in advance
