How is the binding between the sender and receiver channels done. Is it only through the CONNAME paramter( the network address and port of receiver) in the channel definiton or is there some other way.

Hi atheek,
I have created binding files for my project which is used instead of channel between server and client.
if you want to try using .binding file i would be able to help you in creating one.
and also document the steps to be followed for creating the .binding files.
Pls let me know specific QManager and Q on which we r creating the .bindfile.....

Unless you work with atheek, the .bindings file has nothing to do with the question asked as it relates to a sender and receiver channel, this means communications between 2 qmgrs.
