Where is the MQ Sequence number stored? If we are replicating the MQ directories to our disaster recovery site and fail over to this site. Do we then have to manually re-sync the channels with our customer to get the sequence number back in sync? Or will this continue to work without any manual intervention? Thanks

On Solaris, the sequence number information will be stored in
/var/mqm/log/QMGRNAME/amqhlctl.lfh

No. That is the log control file, and does not contain the channel sequence number. Your best bet, as you say, would be to manually resync the channnels (RESET CHANNEL ).
