Hello,
I have a question about multiple codepages in the same message.
one bitstreem on zOS contains 2 types of codepage's info, one is 937(traditional chinese) , the other is 935(simplified chinese).
the data structure like below
tran1 + tran2 ... tran n
tran1 is a structure: codepageID followed by fixed length data.
Is it workable in MB6/MQ?
Would MB allow to write output queue from the MRM message set in 2
codepage? |

You'd probably have to handle this in the BLOB domain. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I read MQ doc. descirption CCSID in MQMD,
Character data in the message is in a character set whose identifier is contained within the message data itself. There can be any number of character-set identifiers embedded within the message data, applying to different parts of the data. This value must be used for PCF messages (with a format of MQFMT_ADMIN, MQFMT_EVENT, or MQFMT_PCF) that contain data in a mixture of character sets.
for UserData format, whether can use this seting? |
