Make sure your MQSeries for Java classes are in tbe beginning of the CLASSPATH variable.

If you run <install_dit\tool\mqsilcc in a command window, you may get stdout which shows you exactly what is missing (java exceptions).
Also, if you run tool\mqsilcc with a parameter 1 or 2 you can get a control centre trace. You'll need to use the mqsireadlog and mqsiformatlog commands to read the log.
mqsireadlog controlcenter -t -b controlcenter -f -o cc.xml
mqsiformatlog -i cc.xml -o cc.log
Double check this in the manuals, I'm not sure off the top of my head whether it's "centre" or "center"!! Also, the exact command format is from memory (no installation present at the moment) so need to be checked.
The trace (or mqsilcc stdout) might help identify what's missing.
Also, double check the class path because sometimes although it *LOOKS* correct, it can be syntactially incorrect, eg: Colon used as a separator instead of a semi-colon, and things like that.
Also, don't forget that both the Control Centre AND Configuration Manager need access to Java, so, the classpaths should be in whatever environments the interactive AND service users run in (ensure they are set as System rather than User variables). |
