Saw some really weird stuff the past few days.
OS = Solaris 10 (sparc)
MQ = 6.0.1.0 java client (jars only)
WAS = 6.0.2.7

The same code that runs mighty fine on Solaris 9 blows up on Solaris 10 on the producer send method with RC 2009. The network is fine.

Apparently there is a problem with the second app trying to use the 2nd configured (JNDI) QCF. Everything with the first QCF is fine. Try and call send method on any producer created with the second QCF and nothing works.
The QCFs are strictly identical but for the JNDI name.

Does any body know the solution to this one. An OS patch or an APAR may be? Looks like an OS thread handling problem to me...

For the record I believe the resolution was a mix between Solaris patch/parameters and WAS APAR.
