I'm getting this error message when I try to run my pub/sub subscriber app written in java, despite the fact that the Queue Manager exists AND i have created a broker for the queue manager and I have confirmed it is running. It's frustrating as hell. Any body ever run into a situtation where the app tells you to start the broker on the queue manager and the command line utilities tell you it is running?
