Has anyone seen the following error message when clicking on the 'channels' folder within the queue manager?

Unexpected MQSeries error (2136). (AMQ4082).

This is only occuring with the 'channels' section and looking at the queue's is fine.

Any suggestions before I pull this server apart!

Just the usual ... look at the Windows Event Viewer and also look into the MQ error logs (both places) and also look for FDC files.
