I have MQseries 5.3 installed

now since IBM is going to stop to give support for MQ5.3 ...want to shift to MQ6

where can i find the differences between MQ 5.3 and MQ6 so that i will come to know wht all changes my application will need

Try the infocenter documentation for version 6 found on the ibm site.
