Hello all

I have a sitiuation where a customer connects to my MQ Server using a client connection. I'm told that after 60 minutes of inactivity, their firewall is dropping the connection. When I look at my server conn properties, it is set for a heartbeat every 300 seconds. Question - Are MQ level heartbeats really sent over client connections? Should the firewall see that as activity? Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.
