i have deleted ConfigMgr QueueManager before deleting the ConfigMgr itself.
Now i am not able to delete ConfigMgr .
i want to re-create this configmgr with another QueueManager.
please guide me what i can do for this...

Can't you delete the configmgr even with Configuration Manager Proxy API?
I remember reading in the forum if you create a QMGR with the same name as old QMGR and then try to delete the configmgr, then it will work. |

All of the Config Manager's state is stored inside its internal repository (or DB2 if you're not on v6). So you should do an mqsibackupconfigmgr (or DB2 database backup), scrub the Config Manager, create a new one and do an mqsirestoreconfigmgr (or DB2 database restore).
Alternatively, you may be able to restore the state by recreating the Queue Manager and creating the following objects.
SYSTEM.BROKER.CONFIG.QUEUE (local queue)
SYSTEM.BROKER.CONFIG.REPLY (local queue)
SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.REPLY (local queue)
SYSTEM.BKR.CONFIG (Server Connection channel))
Can't say for definite that this second way would work - I haven't personally tried it.
