I want to change authority for user mquser_internet from group mqgrp_internet :

setmqaut -m GWSVRT.01 -t qmgr -g 'mqgrp_internet' +all
The setmqaut command completed successfully.
setmqaut -m GWSVRT.01 -t q -n INTSEIN.01 -g 'mqgrp_internet' +all
The setmqaut command completed successfully.
dspmqaut -m GWSVRT.01 -t qmgr -g 'mqgrp_internet'
Entity mqgrp_internet has the following authorizations for object
GWSVRT.01:
inq
set
connect
altusr
dlt
chg
dsp
setid
setall
dspmqaut -m GWSVRT.01 -t q -n INTSEIN.01 -g 'mqgrp_internet'
Entity mqgrp_internet has the following authorizations for object
INTSEIN.01:

Might be, have you tried with a group name < 13 characters?
