I am trying to access a Config manger in a domain other than mine(asiapacific\in03381). I am connected to the target domain using VPN/Cisco.
I can ping and telnet the target server. My VPN ID has access rights to the server and in the Config Manager.
When I try to connect to the Broker from the toolkit(WMB 6 6.0.0.1/Windows XP SP2), I get an exception
BIP1711W: The ConfigManagerProxy is not viewable by user asiapacific\in03381
An attempt was made to view or manipulate the ConfigManagerProxy with UUID '', but the user who initiated this operation does not have the required authority to do so.
We only have the Broker toolkit and hence we cant install the config manager.
I feel as I am in a dif domain, the Config manager is throwing me out, do we have a workaround for this.
