Due to continued growth in this key market, we are keen to hear from customer-facing Developers and Architects with a demonstrable track record of delivering solutions using the IBM product range.

Integration Consultants should have strong experience in one or more of the following WebSphere technologies:

*MQ (WMQ)
*Message Broker (MQSI/WBI-MB/WMB)
*Server Foundation including Process Choreographer (WBI-SF)
*Studio Application Developer Integration Edition (WSADIE)
*Process Server (WPS)
*Integration Developer (WID)

Smart421 are also keen to hear from Consultants with a strong application development background and a desire to break into the integration arena.

Key skills to date should include:

*J2EE (including JMS)
*WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
*WebSphere Portal (WPS)
