I have a uncommitted msg in a shared queue without output or input use.

<> Q.RZM.E* ALL PQG1
Q.RZM.EMAIL.FIX SHARED P1QM 1
Q.RZM.EMAIL.FIX SHARED P2QM 1
0 0 Y

My MQ version is 5.31 an zOS is 1.6 !

1) How could this happen ?
2) How I can removed this entry / messages

DO you have Ptf: UK09210 on you system ? It seems like it can address some of it.

Actually this happens very often. It's the time between MQCLOSE and MQCMIT. Queue is closed but UOW is still active.
(just in case it's not the PTF).
