I need to know if there is form to associate to trigger to a tail that shoots one rexx or cobol that does not run under cics. Also can to be cobol-db2. We know some form to do it? have i need taken a process batch (demon)?

if you want to trigger in batch (run a rexx or cobol in batch) then you need a batch trigger monitor (there is a sample at the ibm supportpac site). of course you could also trigger in cics and submit the batch job from cics (there are some solutions for this).

i am sorry but i do not understand "trigger to a tail". triggering in batch does not differ from triggering in cics (from mq point of view).

in cics: mq trigger message -> ckti -> start tx
in batch: mq trigger message -> batch trigger monitor -> start job
