Hi,

the "WebSphere MQ queue connection factory" and the "WebSphere MQ connection factory" has a parameter of "Enable message retention"

The flowing is the help info about this parameter:

Enable message retention
Whether or not unwanted messages are left on the queue. If this option is not enabled, unwanted messages are dealt with according to their disposition options.

Data type Enum
Default Selected
Range Selected
Unwanted messages are left on the queue.
Cleared
Unwanted messages are dealt with according to their disposition options.

what is unwanted message?
where and how the disposition options are specified?
this parameter is for putting or getting message?
