Join the IBM Software Services for WebSphere (ISSW) consulting organization as Commerce Consultant. As an ISSW Services consultant, your mission will be to use your technical expertise to design and develop solutions based on WebSphere Commerce (WC) technologies at IBM's key accounts. In our fast-paced environment, you will work on many assignments during the year, designing and developing WC and/or WDME solutions.

Technical tasks include overall analysis, design, programming, testing, performance tuning, product installation, and system integration. Consultants build expertise in several areas of E-Business, including EJB development, Java Servlet programming, web application scaling, web site performance and security.

Major Field of Study: Computer Science. Requirements: WebSphere Application Server; WebSphere Commerve; WebSphere Digital Media; Leadership; Java Development; At least 2 os: Wintel, Unix, z/OS platform; J2EE; Web Site Performance); WebSphere Security; 1+ year of onsite consulting experience architecting solutions across several middleware products. Full lifecyle experience including architecture, development ,test, deployment. Cross platform skills. Significant experience in leading consulting engagements and account management with a proven track record of technical leadership.
