This might be a silly question, but if I am running WF on AIX do I need to create a AIX userID for every user that would run the Workflow RT?

Hi,

No need. These users are to be defined only in MQWorkflow.

Most of the the users involved in processing normally work on windows platforms
except in case of automatic activities which runs on AIX (in your case). PEA should be started by the AIX Administrator/WF Administrator on this box with WF Userid and Password to whome this activity is assigned.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
Ved
