Creating db2swit.dll

Hi All

I am trying to create the db2swit.dll file for global transaction coordination using the following commands as specified in the MQ documentation:

nmake /f xaswit.mak db2swit.dll

make -f xaswit.mak db2swit

When executing both these commands in my dos prompt, I get "make is not recognized as an internal or external command'

Please guide me as to how to create this .dll file.

You need to have a development environment of some sort installed, i.e., Visual Studio.
