Hi

I'm New to Z/OS can any body help me or tell me which document can give a good idea about adminsitering WMQ
I

never even saw or touched the Z/OS System i dont even know how the files structure and all

There is a new introductory guide "Introduction to the new mainframe: z/OS basics" available free at
http://publibz.boulder.ibm.com/zoslib/pdf/zosbasic.pdf

It has a section on MQ after which you can move onto the detailed MQ books from http://www-306.ibm.com/software/integration/wmq/library/library6x.html
starting with WebSphere MQ for z/OS Concepts and Planning Guide V6.0 (GC34-6582-00) and WebSphere MQ for z/OS System Administration Guide V6.0 (SC34-6585-00)
