Hello

1-The sender channel could not start ,his status is retrying .

Application log in EVENT VIEWER contain::

ERROR Websphere MQ :event id 9520
Channel not defined remotely.
There is no definition of channel 'RECV.RC.CC' at the remote location.
Add an appropriate definition to the remote hosts list of defined channels and retry the operation. .

You have of course checked that the channel in queston is defined at the remote location...?

What other checks have you made (there's no point us suggesting things you've already tried).

It's also bad form to double post.

Do you address the correct QMgr? Maybe, on the target system run two QMgr and you use the wrong port number? Or wron IP address?
