Hi All,
I am trying to implement a message flow using SendMail node and I am trying to use SMTP version here. Environment: WMBV6.0.0.1

Here are my settings of SendMail node for SMTP:
SMTP Server Name: smtp.gmail.com
Port number :25
Name of the person: Arbaaz@gmail.com
Full name: Arbaaz Khan

Here is the input enqueue message:

<Message><From>Arbaaz@gmail.com</From><To>Arbaaz@gmail.com</To><Subject>First Email</Subject><Body>This is an email from WBI Message Broker V5 using the e-mail plug-in node</Body></Message>

My flow sequence: MQInput - > Compute - > SendMail -> MQOutput

In compute I did 'CopyEntireMessage'.

When I tried to run this message flow, It is going to the failre node of SendMail and the 'SendMailError' field has the value
' 550 5.7.1 Arbaaz@gmail.com... Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [12.151.72.1]\r\n'

Any Input is Appreciated..

DilSe...

I think you have to use SSL to contact Gmail.

I'm sure you have to authenticate first.

I don't know if you can do either with the sendmail node.

Try working with your local mail administrator to work with a local mail server instead.

Yes.

A local one that you have configured locally to not require authentication.

http://www.dovecot.org/ for example.
