I am using WMB6.0 on WIN and I don't see the 'run on server' option to do the RAD.
I can see/use the Rational debugger(which I believe is part of RAD) but not sure why 'Run on Server' option is not appearing anywhere in the toolkit.
Is there any setup required before using it?
Thanks |

The Rapid Application Development in v5 is no longer really part of v6.
But try just using the RUN button instead of the Run On Server option.
Or do a real deploy and attach the new debugger.
The Rapid Application Development feature of v5 had nothing to do with Rational Application Developer, which the Agent Controller was and is part of. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Thanks Jeff.
I was confused by the V6 documentation which still describes on how to use RAD (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wbihelp/v6rxmx/topic/com.ibm.etools.mft.eb.doc/am03570_.htm)
And I tried Run option but it does not list Broker components (it lists WAS, tomcat and compiled application). So there isn't anyway we can utilize the one touch deploy feature of V5
Thanks |

No, I think this feature is gone. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
