Guys,
We have the following set-up:
Development PC:
Windows XP
MQ 5.3
WBI Message Broker Toolkit v6, fixpack 1, Interim fix 004
WBI Message Broker v6, fixpack 1
Proto Server:
Windows 2003 server
MQ 5.3
WBI Message Broker Toolkit v6, fixpack 1, Interim fix 004
WBI Message Broker v6, fixpack 1
When we've developed our flows and move it to our repository (which is SubVersion), we check it out of our repository onto our server as a project.
But when we want to add it to our bar file, it shows no selectable flows in our selection lists - even after we Built and Cleaned our projects.
The way to get around this is to create a new project in the workspace and port the flows to this new project. But the problem with this is that you have to re-set all your project references.
Any ideas?

Is there any error? What does it say? also check log files in server.
In our project simalar thing happened. That time,by mistake a additional dot(.) was there when exporting the flow. Just check..

To answer your question, no errors, but I haven't checked the log files... I know I should have... 
But I will the next time we port something, will keep you posted.

We use version 6 of the toolkit with all the latest fixpack and subversion. No problem with update and checkin, checkout, compare...
