I want to setup a message flow using aggregation nodes. Can I use HTTPRequest nodes as the destination node for a request message?

I wanted to have an fan_out flow and a fan_in flow. If my fan_out flow uses HTTP nodes, what should my fan_in message flow start with for a node?

Hi newbieToMB,

I think you will need to connect the Out terminal of the HTTRequest node to the fan in flow...using perhaps Output and Input nodes(for terminals)

Regards.

Hi,

If you are using HTTPRequest node in Fan-out flow, reply from the URL/Webservice will be sent to the same HTTPRequest node. It is getting tricky here. Just wire a MQ o/p node after AggregateRequest node with Queue Name property pointing to the reply queue ie., the queue associated with MQ i/p node of the fan-in flow.

It involves two time out intervals, one for aggregation and other for HTTPRequest; configure it accordingly to optimize the process time.

You will have to add an MQMD before you send the output of an HTTPRequest node to an MQOutput node.

It's probably easier to do this all in one flow.
