I am trying to configure Websphere MQ with JMS Topics and done the following.

Installed MQ 6 on Linux
Download MS0B to enable JNDI support in MQ.

Re-configured the JMSAdmin.config to point to:
INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY=com.ibm.mq.jms.context.WMQInitialContextFactory
PROVIDER_URL=172.30.1.11:1414/SYSTEM.DEF.SVRCONN

Now I have successfully created the Topic Connection Factory, plus a Topic using:

def tcf("TEST.TCF")
def t('topic') topic('test/topic')

However I am unable to use JMeter to run a Publish / Subscribe test using either the "topic" topic or the "test/topic" topic. Not sure which topic to use.

I can however get JMeter to talk to the QueueConnectionFactory and run a Point-2-Point test without a problem.

What am I missing??

You didn't tell us what errors you got.

You didn't tell us that you started a broker on the queue manager.

Before attempting to run JMeter have you looked at the documentation in the Websphere MQSeries Using Java manual?

http://www-306.ibm.com/software/integration/wmq/library/

http://www.elink.ibmlink.ibm.com/public/applications/publications/cgibin/pbi.cgi?CTY=US&FNC=SRX&PBL=SC34659101

Have a look at Chapter 4 and ensure you can complete the Publish/subscribe installation verification test
