I did the same operation on AIX5.2 with that on AIX 5.3 to install MQ53(CSD10), DB2_82, MB6; create broker/configmgr. Then I can successfully deploy a msgflow from toolkit to brk on AIX5.2, but failed with AIX5.3.
Also I can successfully start/stop configmgr on AIX 5.2. This is failed on AIX5.3.

This is not an official forum or support tool of IBM.
You have now double-posted, for no good reason.
You have also failed to provide proper error reporting. You say "it failed", without saying how you know that, what the error message is, or what the setup is.
You also failed to address the comments in the other thread that indicated you were probably trying something that was WRONG, and thus wouldn't work no matter what and wasn't a bug.
Please get training on WMB. It's a complicated product, and difficult to learn on your own.

Hi ibm,
I report a defect 
Just coz u are not able to get something working dosen't make it a defect with the product...
Did you notify IBM about this "defect"...did you try to find out why it is not working on AIX 5.2...?
