What's the siginificance of
1. Reset to Default
2. Reset to New
3. Reset to Updated and
4. Reset InQuestion in Buildtime

This is MQWF attempt to help you keep buildtime and runtime databases in sync. There is an example of how you should use this in the Getting Started with Buildtime manual someplace
