Hi Folks,

I want to know one scenario.

I am using a JDBC connector agent that would write the data into the database which runs in AS400 environment , DB2 .

What happens when the write operation in DB is locked and the agent is trying to write into the Database. What happens ??

The error that is displayed are

"SQL Communication Link Failure"
"DB Manager operation failed"

rtnObj.message=[Type: Error] [MsgID: 37000] [Mesg: A SQL Exception java.sql.SQLException: Communication link failure.

(Connection was dropped unexpectedly.) occurred] ]

Could anybody pls give your view points ??

You may want to look at 'PingQuery' an app specific property
