Is this a new channel or was it working before?
What does the MQ log have to say? Are you sure there's a listener, is there connectivity between your machine and the listener's.
I'm SURE you've looked at ALL the other topics here and have already tried many things to resolve the problem. Please tell us what you've already done. _________________ -wayne

Hey Wayne,
It may look silly bit the mqm group did not have the access to the three log files available in the
"C:\IBM\WebSphereMQ\Qmgrs\ICSPRD!queue!manager\errors"
As the access was granted, the channel were started.
