Hi,
We are having an issue with AIX brokers.
Message flows started failing when we try to add more message flows into an execution group.
We followed the fix suggested by many regarding the shared memory segments.
What we did was,
we set the EXTSHM=ON in the profiles of mqm and mqsiuid user ids.
This fixed the issue in our TESTD(dev testing) environment where we have around 60 message flows running
We do have another environment for testing(TESTU-user testing) where this fix doesn't seem to work.
Should I have to set the environment variable EXTSHM=ON in the profiles of all users?

I've also seen in some posts about TCP loopback method, but I've no idea on that.

If we deploy the same message flows in some other execution group they'll definitely work.

But I'm trying to arrive at a better solution for this.

Can anyone shed some light on this ?

Thanks!

No. It needs to be set in the user where the "mqsistart" command is issued, as that's the environment that is inherited.

Cheers,
