We are trying retrieve a heavy message (eg-100 MB) from MQ using Java.
Now my question is where would the message will go if I stop Java application during the retrival process of that message.
Since I started the MQ connection and message is underprocess of retrival, so it should not depend on java web server.

What if I give small wait time for big message.

I think it depends on how you code your app
Whether you are getting under syncpoint etc.

You are trying it (presumably in the development phase of your project) so can you inform us of the answers? Presumably you have tried it and know the answers (?)
