I hope to know the queue number limitation for a queue manager.

Hi,
I dont think there is any limitation of having no of queus/Qmanagers or in that fact..for any MOObjects about its maximum number, But again if you create lot of Objects on a particular machine, it will eats away the system Resources. So, not advisable.
