Is there a way to specify a queue manager a "default" queue manager once it has been created? It has been a while, but I believe that in V5.x
you could choose properties in services and check "make default queue manager" then recycle... I do not see that in V6.0..

Right click on "IBM WebSphere MQ", and select Properties.

Change the value of "Default Queue Manager Name".

Thank you!!!!! I think that I right clicked on everything but that.. Like I said before, I am a Z/OS guy trapped in a Windows world.. This forum has helped me make the transition a lot easier than I thought it would be.. Thanks to everyone!!!!!!!!
