Hi All,

I want to use the MQ 5.3 .Net library to develop a VB.Net application in WinXP envt. Can you please give some pointers on the followings:

1. Can I download the library from the IBM website? Will you please provide me a link to the same?

2. Does the library has any pre-requisites (e.g. Websphere MQ 5.3 Client)? If yes, please provide me links to download all IBM-related pre-requisites. I have the .Net Framework

Any help will be appreciated...

Of course you need either the client or a server installed.....otherwise how else are you going to test it?

Other than that you should not need to download anything, providing you use the later versions of MQ. If you are using less than CSD7 you may have a world of hurt waiting for you.

You need the full MQ Client.

Everything you need comes with the MQ Client.

Finding the link to download the MQ v5.3 Client should take you less than five minutes.
