I want to up the command server UP using
strmqcsv xxxx but getting following error messge
AMQ8510: Command server queue is open, try again later

Where can i find the this Queue ?

On the queue manager...

It should be SYSTEM.ADMIN.COMMAND.QUEUE.

Start troubleshooting.

Confirm that you're running as a user that is allowed to execute strmqcsv.

Confirm that the queue manager is running.

Confirm that the command server is not already running.

Confirm that nothing else has the queue open for input.

Look for errors in the logs.
