Anybody know any tools/products (both IBM and non-IBM) that expose CICS transactions as web services.

We use MQ + Broker:
CICS has a number of transactions MQ Triggered. The broker exposes those as web services.

Look at www.ibm.com/cics

eg CICS Service Flow

Check out the (new) standard features in CICS TS 3.1 (The Web services support in CICS Transaction Server Version V3.1 enables your CICS programs to be Web service providers or requesters)

IBM Redbooks are another source of CICS information
