I created a new mq client environment on solaris.
I got the following error (/var/mqm/errors/AMQ23841.0.FDC), while publishing a message using amqsput application
I have enough disc space..........

Is it something related to kernal primay? I gone through the prerequisite document, but I didn't find any thing.

All my partisions are having enough disk space. I checked all...........
/opt/mqm> df -k .

So you have enough disk space, but have you enough file descriptors left ?
Did you check the kernel parms changes in the "getting started manual". After implementing these changes did you make sure they took ? (like restart the machine...)?
