Hi we have the following configuration:
Database:
-Oracle Enterprise Server for Workflow 9.2.0.3.0
Workflow
-WebSphere: MQ WORKFLOW v3.6 (Service Pack 0)
-WebSphere: MQ v5.3 (Fix Pack 10 – CSD10)
App Server
WebSphere: Application Server 5.1.1.5 (with CF #5)
Op.System
-AIX 5L

A couple of days ago ALL records from WORK_ITEM table were deleted, but process instances were left intact in PROCESS_INST table. We ruled out any manual intervention. Does anybody have an idea how and why it could happen?
