In case anybody else is researching this information, I confirmed with IBM on the MQ NNTP newgroup (ibm.software.websphere.mq.beta) that there is currently NOT any support for XA compliant transactions (aka 2-phase commit, MTS, COM+ etc...) in the current XMS.NET release.
