Here I have 2 questions
1) I think type tElem2 is wrong. It should be tMess2 instead. Am I correct?
2) How could I add ComIbmMRM_BaseValueString? I could not find out any place where I can mention or add embedded Simple type. Please guide me.
I am just playing with the messages provided in this link.

1) You are correct
2) Looks like the docs are inaccurate. Since v5, new embedded simple types cannot be created in the tooling - they can only appear in a v5 or v6 message set if migrated from a v2.1 message set.
