Hi,
I am unable to view mapping in the "Outline view" to remove the mapping in Message Broker 6.0. In the info center it is mentioned that to remove the mapping, right-click the mapping in the Outline view and select Remove Mapping. If I select the message flow, i am able to get outline view of all the nodes used in the flow. Plz help me

Thanks,
Srinu

Can you tell me exactly where the InfoCenter shows that?

You can just delete the "value" in the "Spreadsheet pane".

That link isn't much help... go to the page in the info center, right click on the topic in the left hand pane, and then select "copy shortcut" and paste that here...

Thanks for the link. I also do not see anything in the Outline view when in the mapping editor. As I said, you can remove the mapping for a vlue by deleting it in the spreadsheet pane.

Hi wschutz,

I found this in MB v5.0 help .. So how can we implement this in MB v6.0 .
I think u r answer will b the b the exact answer for 'Srinu'.

Warehouse mappings are specialized data insert mappings. Mappings in a Warehouse node are intended for archival purposes; only one-to-one mappings are allowed, and no modifications are permitted for assignments in a warehouse assignment. The target column takes the value of the mapped input element. These insert statements can also be combined to produce a single insert that inserts several columns into the same row, as each insert statement creates a new row.

There are two ways to carry out this operation:
Highlight the selected elements in the Outline perspective and click Mapping > Create > Combine to same row.
Right-click the selected items in the Outline perspective and click Combine to same row, then click either Keep selected mappings to merge the selected items, or Remove selected mappings to delete the selected items.

Cheers,
EAI Developer.
