Hi,
I'm using 'WBIMB 6', and trying to call a webservice deployed locally on my machine using 'HTTPRequest Node', just for testing.
The input to the flow would be in XML/TDS format, having the following structure
<emp>
<id>...some number...</id>
</emp>
This 'id' in the input msg is that parameter to be used while calling the web service. The webservice will return the first name of the employee (for testing).
I have deployed the webservice in 'Apache Tomcat Server Ver 5.5', using 'Axis'. I used the WSDL generated by AXIS to generate the message definitions, in WBIMB.
I now, would like to know, how to convert the incoming message to the SOAP format and then pass it to the webservice to invoke it. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. _________________ ...: 5|71+ph1|23 :... |

Hi SpitFire,
Try the sample WebServices Host provided with the toolkit....and also read about SOAP at www.w3schools.com
Hopefully you will never need us again
