Hello

I am developing a c# application using the amqmdnet.dll library and am trying to build a message to be sent out to a VSE machine using the CICS Bridge. This is an MQ component that accepts MQ messages and passes them on to the appropriate VSE application. I have the following two questions:

1. I need to set some MQCIH header elements of the message. How can I access that header?

2. My machine is a Windows XP machine using an MQ client. When I send the message to the remote queue manager (VSE) it appears in ASCII while the host needs the data in EBCDIC. How do I convert the data? Shouldn't this be done automatically?

Regards
