I have instaled MQSeries V6 on Z/os .. when i try to connect MO71 to this new QManager the reply is : MQCFH version error.

I miss something in QMGR ?

Is somebody have this problem ?

The most likely cause of this is that you have not specifed 'MVS' in the location definition. Although MQ V6 z/OS supports PCF messages now MO71 will still use MQSC. So, you need to ensure the MVS checkbox is set for any z/OS locations.

If this doesn't help can you tell me what your location definition looks like, what version of MQ client you're using and what version of MO71 you're using please.

Yes i have forgot MVS on location setting panel ...

thank's all is good .

for information it's an MQclient V531 and MO71 6.0.1 (Aug 4 2005)
