Hi,
iSeries model 570 running MQ 5.3.
Have succesfully installed and used RFHUTILC on my PC.
Unable to PUT a message larger than 4MB from the client to iSeries, although I have increased the max msg length to 10MB on the Queue Mgr, Queue and Client Channel.
Receive a 2010 error, which suggests I increase the max msg size for the channel, which I have done.
Can RFHUTILC handle it ? What other settings need updating.
Appreciate any help. Cheers from OZ. |

Hi Frank,
Thanks for your rapid response. I currently have a .bat file that runs rfhutilc.
eg
SET MQ_USER_ID=profile
SET MQ_PASSWORD=password
SET MQSERVER=CLIENTS/tcp/name(1417)
rfhutilc.exe
I understand that MQSERVER sets a default Client channel that is 4MB.
I've read about bringing the AMQCLCHL.TAB file down to the PC, and editing, and then SETting MQCHLLIB/MQCHLTAB.
I've been unable to get this working. Would you mind highlighting the steps and providing an example ?
Any help appreciated. |
