windows delete the Qmanger folders ,
i.e for ex if ABC is qmanger delete all files C:\IBM\WebSphere MQ\Qmgrs\ABC under ABC including ABC directory,
Do the regedit and remove the qmanger corresponding entry,
On unix you can check if all the process running are down, clear the ipcs,
delete all the folders of the Qmanger , edit the mqs.ini and remove the entry of the qmanger |
